The e-Policy sub-module is further divided into five sub-modules namely;

e-Strategy: The strategy menu is an interface to the underlying document management and archiving system. One can also open, edit or delete a document from the e-strategy module.
Task Manager: Task Manager provides an interface for you to be able to manage all your tasks as regards the day to day activities of business. You can also view all tasks in the system that has been allocated to the currently logged-in user.
e-Workflow: e-Workflow performs the actual functions of a management process. It helps in the flow (transportation) of a document, through hierarchy of workers in a particular organization
Alerts: The Alert function enables you to create and view different types of alert in different parts of the country.
